North Ryde Dentistry is a general and family dental practice at Unit 4, Building B, 64 Talavera Road, Macquarie Park — opposite Macquarie Centre and about three minutes’ walk from Macquarie University Metro station. We see adults and children for check-ups, cleans and everyday dental care, as well as restorative, orthodontic and cosmetic treatment.
Dentistry for the whole family
Many of our patients come in as a family. Regular check-ups from an early age let your dentist pick up developing problems while they are small, and give children time to get used to the dental chair. For children, our dentists take things at the child’s pace and explain each step before it happens.
For adults, the most common reason for missed check-ups is a busy schedule. We send reminders by SMS or email when your next check-up is due, and we’re open 9:00am–6:00pm Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, and 8:30am–4:00pm on Saturdays.

Your first visit
At your first appointment your dentist checks your teeth and gums, takes any X-rays you need and talks you through what they find. If treatment is recommended, you get the options, the likely number of visits and the fees in writing. HICAPS is available on site so eligible health fund members can claim on the spot, and happy gas (nitrous oxide) is available for nervous patients — ask us about the fee.

Do you see children?
Yes. Children are welcome and many families book together.
Can I be seen the same day for a toothache?
We keep emergency appointments free each day where we can. Call before 10am for the best chance of a same-day visit.
